LMFAO! Im still tripping over them taking that lil azz boat to go dinosaur hunting. Even the folks hunting Jaws knew they needed a bigger boat.
Well, to be fair, in Jaws they only realized they needed a bigger boat when it was already too late.
And in this movie it was the only boat they had since no one else would've taken them out to that area besides bruh.

Went and caught a matinee, I thought the climax sucked but overall I was entertained.

They played themselves by not having the big bad fight another big ass dinosaur to close it out.

JP1
JWorld
Rebirth
JP2

Last two are interchangeable. The rest of them shyts all the way trash

Saw this today as a matinee as well. I didn't hate this. I thought they got some solid "horror" vibes with some of the attacks/kills in the movie. I think it should've been under 2 hours though. Also thought the big bad dinosaur and I can get cancelled for this, but that Dino looked retarded. Like that WAS a special breed of dinosaur. If that motherfukker would have had an awkward roar, I would have been escorted out of the theater. Scar Jo looked good,

:takedat:. That older daughter of the family they rescued she got potential. Definitely would've hit that up in my younger years. The guy playing her dad was giving TEMU Pedro. My man Rupert Friend though bruh...You were a G in Homeland.

Well guys, "Jurassic World" just can't be stopped. Even with a big blockbuster like "Superman" opening, it was still able to hold well the 2nd week because as I said this film really appeals to the family audience. It's now over 230 Domestic and a whopping 530 Million Worldwide in just 11 days. It also had a way bigger global opening than "Superman" just had. I stand by my prediction that "Superman" nor "Fantastic 4" will be able to stop this film globally. It looks like "Lilo & Stitch" will cross a Billion but its' slowing down now. I don't now if "Jurassic" can catch it because it is facing a lot of competition but in this July battle, it will win against the comic book films. Again the biggest films of the year outside of "Sinners" are still massive IP's. "Minecraft, Lilo & Stitch, Jurassic".

Jurassic World: Rebirth

DOMESTIC (43.8%)
$232,113,710
INTERNATIONAL (56.2%)
$297,349,000
WORLDWIDE
$529,462,710

"Lilo & Stitch" and "Minecraft" are both the biggest surprises of the year for sure. Nobody thought either could pull these type of numbers. "Minecraft" tapped out at 950 but "Lilo & Stitch" is still going internationally which will put it over "Minecraft". "Jurassic" is doing exactly what I thought it would do because it's a consistent franchise. Comic Book/Superhero films are on the decline, this isn't the 2010's anymore. Unless it's a "Team-up" (No Way Home, Deadpool & Wolvie, Avengers etc) I think it will do average numbers. Matter of fact only solo "Spidey" and "Black Panther" are locks for being hits. Everything else is a question mark. "Superman" will do pretty good but not massive numbers.
