What is it?

Yeah unless you know someone with a card in Cali or on the WestCoast you are really out of luck.....I know in WA only one spot has these and others will be getting them shortly even though the FEDS are trying to start drama....

all u need is to buy an e-cig, a dropper, and weed oil. im lucky to be good with my plug that he sells me the oil. gonna be hard to find a dealer willing to sell it since you'd probably only need to see your dealer once a month and that aint good for business.
