Ive decided for now to just be on my 9-5 grind and stack my money , although am really starting to hate it but they opened up overtime now so am working on some of that and just saving saving saving whenever i can . My bills is so low that i can afford to do that and am planning for the wedding later on this year . Its gonna end up being about $4,000 which imo doesn't seem too bad , besides that i decided to put off buying a house for at least 3 years. In that time i plan to pay off the majority if not all of my $38,000 in student loans.

Saving plan for now is to put away anywhere from $200-$400 in my savings a month, again with my bills even with my students barring any unexpected bills etc i can do that fairly easily, but i still hope i can find a way of the rat race brehs i find myself with the when i get to work in the mornings

been considering moving back to the east coast too @Liquid , these boondocks getting to me

anyways for my brehs look to get there finical game right (as far as savings etc) and need a place to start , ive said this before but i highly recommend this book

Also, I would like to add that I have 45 other certs, have 6 pawgs on deck 24/7, have drivers drive me around in nothing but 6 figure whips, and homes on 6 islands like the typical coli nikka does.

I don't know about all that...

But I suggest everyone use picture boards and write out and post pics on the board of everything they want. I know it seems stupid, but it works. you just look at it every day and you can have the money to have a house, side loft, side hoes and extra income.

About the personal Driver..... I use UBER because I hate driving. . it's just an app, it's maddd easy to do.

I never said anyone should HAVE bought gold...not sure where that quip came from. I've stated that in the coming year Gold could be a big mover (hopefully to the upside) and would be a good spot to allocate funds long term.

But the gist of yoru statement is if you have money/cash to spend on house and aren't doing commercial real estate you could find better investments IMO then renting.

38K in student loans is actually not that bad compared to many of my friends from around the way that are sitting on top of 80K+ worth of debt

nothing yet , i graduated last may and was able to qualify for this "pay as you earn" program, at the time i was still working part time @ a school for a social service agency in Jersey , because of my low income i was able to get my loans deferred until july of this year ( i work full time now and make much more but once you in the program your locked in for a year) and the government is paying off part of my interest . That ends this july though and start my payments.

yea i couldn't even imagine having that much debt especially in this economy breh just this $38k has me stressin even though am capable of paying it off ,nebraska isnt that bad overall , cost of living is amazing, its this dam weather though shyt scressssfullll
