After looking at some of the replies in here. It seems to be a disconnect. The top 1% really brainwashed people. They really got people believing that the people that’s living in poverty should sacrifice more in order to make the economy work. Like aye you person that’s living check to check, you should work more hours or drive Uber get you side gig or get a 2nd job or go to school full time while you work full time. Never mind you can barely afford rent or can’t afford child care or can’t afford transportation to get back and forth and when you get to work I’m treat you like a slave. I’m micromanage you, you gotta ask to use the bathroom, I will only approve your PTO if I think you deserve it and when we short staffed I expect you to come in on your day off. The guys working the corporate jobs in the corporation. You don’t have to sacrifice nothing. You need those annual multi-million dollar bonuses. You need that vacation property in the Aspen, Colorado. Your kids need to be in private school where tuition is 100k annually. You the wealthy person, you earned you that. You deserve it, you don’t need to sacrifice. But the people living in poverty suck it up, you don’t deserve nothing and you ain’t earn shyt. You need to stop crying, pull yourself up by the bootstrap and work harder. You accept what we give you. See how crazy that sounds. The top 1% really brainwashed people living check to check to defend their nonsense. Got people believing the labor shortage is due to people being lazy and entitled. It’s not due to people wanting better work environments and livable wages while these corporations make record profit margins year in and year out. I don’t wanna hear the small business argument because if you paying shytty wages and have a hard time retaining employees. That’s the employer’s problem because it’s a simple equation hard labor + low wages = high turnover rate. It’s that simple.

What Reagan policies and ideas am I repeating specifically.

All your talking points. Which is fine if it's what you believe. Look we can type our point of views and pound the keyboard till our fingers bleed and we're not going to change each other's minds. Have a good day. I just picked up a keg of beer. It's time to drink and enjoy my weekend. Hope you find all the success you're looking for in life.

Edit: Just so you don't think I ignored your question. You saying people need to work harder to have more success is reganomics 101.

Respectfully I think you just using phrases and slogans that you don't understand the meaning of. It just sounds good to the audience because the thread is so emotionally charged

@Mowgli

If you don’t think that small businesses should have to bear the weight of increasing prices of healthcare and rent etc, what should the minimum wage be linked to if not current economic conditions?

Imagine if the government overnight reduced all rents to 2008 prices and froze the increases indefinitely. Wouldn’t that alone transfer much needed finances to the worker class at the expense of those who have consistently profited for the last 13 years? Would you support that instead of a higher minimum wage than 18?

Black belt in reality. You got brainwashed in college and that was the end of your chapter. Now, you don't respect the True values of a man, which is his work and what he's able to produce on his own and the pride that comes with that. You live in the Republican state and love it so it's obvious you're commie fantasies are full of s***.

I'm sure your decade-long defense of transsexuals has something to do with it. You're a day one tranny Simp

Us? :mjlol:

You’re a Cac Verdean. You are literally a descendant of mulatto middlemen who bent over for Europeans and logistically set up the transatlantic slave trade. Let’s call you CVDS…Cape Verdean Descendant of Slavemasters.

Generations later, you’re still shytting on the people with your head stuck up rich white ass, keeping tradition alive. You’re a fukking disgrace. :hhh:

Nah we good. How many Dell desktops did you have to fix to pay your bride’s dowry? I heard your father-in-law called you soft white rice in lukewarm water at the wedding.

growing pains of a changing society.
hopefully something better comes out of all this chaos.
all i know for sure is that things can't stay the way they were/are.

you be sounding an awful lot like a class traitor.
probably the type to cross a strike line and scab out with a smile.
you should reassess your position in society and your opinions on such issues accordingly.
I doubt it'll be anytime soon:francis: look no further than our congress.

Running a restaurant in a major city is hard, more news at eleven.

Restaurant owners exploit their workers, yet when the shoe is on the other foot and they're the ones not making money, they cry about it to the media. More news at eleven.

But don't the owners at most restaurants gotta put in the same amount of work too? Like most restaurants go under or are in the red anyway so I think that honestly should just be expected most of the time.
like how all those CEOs put in the same amount of time that factory workers do, right? :mjlol:
