Amazon Eats and Taco Bell will be the only options. The only one who can pay you enough is Zaddy Big Bucks.

Businesses need to stop thinking about being successful and start thinking about getting by, until automation ends all this.

Each Chipotle according to google averages 400 k profit so they may have to take a l on those profits.

whats the alternative? :jbhmm:

No. Its cause im an employer. My costs have gone up every where, which in return makes me charge more. But customers arent always willing to pay more. So in return it hurts business.
maybe you shouldn’t be an employer then bro. Pay people better and provide incentive to make them want to come work or close Down and move on

15 year old kids are in school during the day, teenagers take summer jobs, teenagers have never been the bulk of work force anywhere ever at any point of time in modern American history

let the chipolte close down who cares, if nobody wants to work for their business, then the business should fail
exactly. High school age kids only work between ours of 4pm -10. So during the day and over night it ain’t kids and it’s people who need a livable wage. And if you say they need to get a better job I agree. That means not working at bullshyt fast food spots also.

you do realize when full-scale automation arrives that puts 100+ million people out of work, there will be less workers and less workers equal fewer consumers. UBI is the only policy that addresses that.

Even if you get UBI, you'll still will have people who must have more.. You think UBI will give you a comfortable lifestyle?

Let's be reality, most of the people against increasing the wage for these workers don't want to pay an extra dollar or 2 on their burritos because that's what is going to come down to ultimately. People are upset because if the wage of fast food workers are going to be closer to 'white collar jobs' than they would like. Everyone loves the 'free market' and capitalism when it favors the 'haves' but when it goes the other way it's a problem. Talking about
'these kids should be thankful for their pittance'. The bottom was going to fall out on low wage workers eventually, the pandemic accelerated it.

That's why Amazon eats and Taco Bell the future.

People who don't want to work and people who don't want to pay. Someone's going to take a L

you misunderstand the purpose of UBI. the majority of people will always want more for themselves and UBI will give them the security to do that.

How does UBI differ from the welfare system in place now? And what happens to those programs when UBI takes affect?

Why concentrate on digital orders though? Every time I go past a fast food restaurant and see a gang of Just Eat, Deliveroo & UberEats staff I walk past. They spend too much time on those orders than the people in the store.
Nah in store can always wait because you haven't paid, online they've already given you their money so they have priority. That's why I rarely order food in person, I just place it online, or call ahead, and pick up.

That is similar to when I worked at McDonald’s as a teen. They had $1 Filet O Fish on Fridays and people were ordering 5-30 at a time. It was my job to just put down the frozen patties for hours because these people kept gorging on the shyt:wow:

I never understood why they buy so much because you can not rewarm McDonald's food :scust:
