Yeah any QB in the first rather it be Geno or Barkley. It's just ridiculous going 30 years without drafting a QB in the first.

There's no way the Chiefs go from Cassel to Barkley.

Im a Jets fan we both have shytty luck.

Geno reminds me a lot of Eli.

He'll make some "huh" throws, not int wise, but out of wack. Then suddenly, he's the most accurate QB you'll see.

Yeah but you do know none of them QB's are worthy of the #1 overall pick right?

shyt almost none of them QB's are first round talents.

And there's no great players who`ll command that #1 spot, how you going to trade it away?

I think the Jets have to take a shot at a QB in this draft early, if not first then 2nd.

Still don't know if any of these dudes got what it takes, Geno's game vs. Syracuse at Yankee stadium made me really question the guy. He looked shook as shyt.

That was a bad weather game. I don't know how someone could use that game to determine whose a good qb.

Both QBs looked like shyt.

I saw his game at Morgantown vs. my school. He looked like complete shyt the first half...then all of a sudden, this dude was hitting passes in the smallest of windows out of nowhere.

Geno is clearly a first round talent. We've done this retread thing with SF numerous times & just got done with it with Matt Cassel. Alex Smith isn't going to lead us anywhere. He was considered a bust before a QB guru like Harbaugh made him look serviceable. After that year Harbaugh still went out & tried to get Peyton Manning to take his spot.

Geno was also in a system with three very good wr's two of whom were excellent and a system that got players open a lot

Next years qb's class is a lot stronger i wouldnt settle for a mediocre one this year just for the sake of it

Get another stud on the dline and that will be solidified for the next decade..

Sanchez is still gonna be the starter so youll probably have another high pick add in not a ton of teams are looking for qb's and thyres a good chance youll have a pick of a much better one next year like Bridgewater Boyd or Manziel

.

Not a great sign when youre a northeastern team lookign for a qb though..

Also it wasnt just that game he looked like shyt the last half of the season when they started facing some real defenses which the big 12 doesnt have much of he looked bad

Geno played in three different systems during his college career. It's not like he's thrown didn't make some tough throws in tight coverage.

He just has spells of bad mechanics that can be coached up. The guy threw 98 TDs and 23 ints for his career.

i doubt you even remember Maddox in Pittsburgh after he was out of the league for a while.

You also like bum ass QB's and think game manager is a compliment. Game manager is code for garbage.

:smh: No it is not..........Not even

Most QBs in the history of the sport were game managers, and there is nothing wrong with that because that is what a QB is supposed to do.....manage the game

Ryan has the ability to push the ball down the field and has the ability to make a comeback on his arm.

Game managers are guys that need to play from ahead, struggle to throw receivers open and cant make every throw on the field. Need a strong running game and rely heavily on play action with limited reads. In this day and age, with how fast secondaries are ...its hard to win with those guys.
