I work in a multinational law firm, in about 10-20 years a lot of the low level, document sorting legal jobs - paralegals, legal admin assistants etc. are gonna be automated.

Historically, the courts have ruled in favor of the university in these type of cases. The only thing I could see working in dudes favor is that they lied about their placement rates. Even with that, I don't see it working in his favor since he didn't pass the damn bar. He really needs to study so he can pass.
