A lot of people don’t kno how diffrent la is from the Bay Area

One thing I hate about LA that I found to be really different than SF was the valet parking. Like wtf? I need to pay money to park and shyt on every damn restaurant.

The fundamental diff between bay and la is weather and transportation.

Most blacks are leaving both for las vegas.

Transportation is good in Thr Bay but BART is notorious for delays and dumb shyt. LA is expanding its subway at a rapid rate, has more airports, a larger seaport, and while traffic is bad it has a larger interstate transportation network. I find transportation in both to be a draw at worst...

What factors contributed to this in the Bay that were apparently absent in LA?

LA has a spirit of rebellion and counter offense in the vein of community upliftment, as well. I really don't see this as something The Bay does better...

Most of the things guys are naming as positives for The Bay really are that, but aren't something they necessarily do better or at a bigger level than LA...

What factors contributed to this in the Bay that were apparently absent in LA?

After World War 2 the Bay area attracted alot of the "beatniks".. So you have that with the colleges, and the black people who migrated from the South and there you have it.

The area used to attract a different kind of person.

LA even still attracts people who want that glamorous,party,entertainment lifestyle.

Also I think that hot ass weather in LA makes people more agitated

Yepppp..I work for a tech company based out of SF had to spend 2 weeks there for work...I heard but didnt think it was that bad as it is out there.
