I've been fasting 18 hour days all month and have been considering the no added sugar as the next part of this self healing journey.

Looking forward to getting into this experience. May even start a little earlier. I'm over drinking, but I do enjoy weed but while fasting it doesn't make me hungry.

How often you do it? It's my reward at the end of the day for being productive and helps me get to sleep. If anything I should work towards cutting out porn an using memory imagination like I used to as a jit, but I live with my parents and the focus/closing eyes to beat your meat off imagination is far too risky in shared spaces

I mean if your dikk works, you get hard with women, don't have ED issues, don't NEED to but prefer to out of leisure, it's not innately a bad thing. If I had a gf/wife, I wouldn't fap as much if at all to intensify our sex/intimacy. In being single though, for me, fapping is an indispensable tool for limiting poor decision making. I don't get too horny, so I don't settle for subpar women for sex, and I can effortlessly see through women using sexuality to get something from me. It's like a dimmer switch for me, and for my life goals/priorities it provides the right lighting but that's just me. Do your own research with your body and experiment and see which version of you is optimal, don't just buy into no fap just cuz. Frankly a whole lotta kids that grew up fukked up situations wouldn't have happened of their pops fapped a lil more or at all.

Maaan I was like oh this is what animals be all day :dwillhuh:, just impulse/instinct nah this ain't it, came closer than necessary to monumental Ls.

As far as control goes, I remember one week I just got busy, I was mentally preoccupied with the intricacies of life and realized it had been days since I beat my meat. I knew then I was fine. I've never had a wet dream and slick not tryna ever have one so once a week/every 10 days I think is the basal requirement to avoid that (assuming no sex is had).

I did pretty much no sugar, soda, alcohol, white flour, fast food, processed foods from June 2020, until Oct 30, 2020. I've had some chocolate and some chips every few days since then. Between better eating habits, hitting the weights, and walking 10k-14k steps 3 times a week while at work, I've lost over 50lbs. I haven't looked, or felt better physically or mentally in 10 yrs. I've been looking so good I've got 5 of my female coworkers secretly calling/texting me......I just wish at least 1 of them was a 6.
