I lucked up, mine doesn’t have any sugar. I might be able to pull this off brehs. I’m gonna weigh in before and after. Plus I’m going to try to drink a gallon a day plus 10 minutes of jump ropeI'm in, except my protein powder has it and I'm going to use it anyways.
But no fat snacks of any sorts is out the window.

morning- carbs and sugar are okay, you'll be using this energy throughout the day
lunch- cut back on the carbs, I advised having a small fruit to counteract the midday slump (2:30pm) that every goes through
dinner - have little to no carbs and avoid sugar, you're going to bed soon...you dont needs energy to sleep. eat the healthiest during this period.


OP it sounds silly but you might get some crack withdrawals. I remember a science teacher telling me waaaay back in the day that a lot of people who swear by that cup of coffee first thing in the morning aren’t addicted to caffeine. Rather they are addicted to sugar.
