whats with pushing the new years to a brighter horizon now.
i am still eating the odd snacks like muffins, some chocolate and biscuits smh. i now have the fruits on deck, cashew nuts and some pancakes i am going to sizzle up in regards of healthy snacking.
as for the food i am proud been a lot of pasta, mince beef, grilled chicken, the good stuff cooking it myself a few take aways here and there but its about starting now again cut out that funk! some of us going to be 40 in a short breath we cant afford to lose our teeths. we need that iron intake, that Dr Sebi "health is wealth" mentality.
