To everyone who took the challenge:

What differences did you notice in your mood? Sleep quality? Were your inner workings different off sugar as opposed to on?

Did you also notice a reduce in appetite overall and an easier feeling of satiety when you did eat? Basically how was the psychological side of it?

Withdrawal kicks in Hard around 1 week mark. But I've stayed the course. I run 2 grapefruits through the juicer machine in the morning then it's nothing but water rest of the day
you able to make it through the dayy of the juice of two grapefruits and water? im doing green smoothies and stil be kinda hungry:sadcam:

anyway its next month been cooking a lot but for some reason snacking like ice buns and dumb stuff.

but i am ready for a productive summer.

I made it to late February (24th). Good thing that came out of this as I have significantly reduced drinking sodas and eating cakes and candies. Can count on one hand I’ve had any of them.
