The whole point of this is not to confuse people, and start their nutrition journey with something easy to follow. You should clarify the differences between simple and complex carbs. Well I should have clarified so I’m not eating any refined carbs, No bread, chips, grits, etc… like oatmeal is ok and yogurt. But my meals mostly include protein (chicken, fish,turkey) and veggies and fruit is also ok. I’m only doing it for 14 days, and I’m doing body weight workouts. Nothing too intense.by cutting carbs you mean eat less or healthier? and are u exercising too while cutting carbs?
