This was the other night on the radio here. His main examples were MJ and Kobe as elite players who grew up with fathers/a strong family structure and seeing the way they took charge, lead their teams.
Somebody else rebutted with Larry Bird being a great leader, player & having no father and having to take care of his family.
I dont agree or disagree, and I only caught half of the discussion but it was interesting hearing someone go there on a radio show.
