Hard not to when if the only issue between y’all is that someone is simply scared/unwilling to commit. Would be one thing if that person didn’t like/love you, treat you right, etc.

I think it's a bit deeper than that. You should try to put yourself in a brehs shoes before thinking it's that simple. We're in a different climate now with marriage. There are some serious repercussions if you marry the wrong woman. You'd be foolish to not take your time and really be sure. Because at the end of the day I think most folks are still wired to subscribe to that biological desire of wanting to have a family (with marriage at the foundation). However, as a man, you have much to lose if you choose the wrong partner.

So many of my brehs in my circle - I'm taking nikkas who have their shyt together, attractive, making money, professionals, etc - and they enjoy the bachelor life so much it's hard to break away from it.


shyt it took me way too long to commit to the best woman I've ever met. I literally gambled losing the best woman for me because I enjoyed being THAT nikka for a gang of women.

I've said it before that women don't want a man who's stable, because that means he doesn't need someone to take care of him. My uncle was like this. He was blue collar but spoke well and made decent money so 'quality' BW were always in his orbit but gave up once they realized he wasn't trying to commit to shyt. He was always gonna settle down "one day" (which I can only assume meant in his 50s or 60s when he had no choice). He died - alone - at 48.

It's a lot of bytches out here that ain't worth an Applebee's 2 for $20 special or wasted time on the wrong dudes but every chick that's been passed up isn't like that.
