Idk...it's probable. I'm under the belief the police don't play with anyone who shoots at them but this country and our police system/legal system is fukked. Judge might just say "he's just a boy and he was scared, and boys will be boys...." And slap his wrists. Or they could go full code blue and say he 'attempted to kill multiple officers!' And lock his ass up til 2050.

No they don't, but if that judge wants to stay on the bench (they generally do) when the police chief and officer testify that he tried to kill them, he's not going to give them the 'boys will be boy's verdict. However if those officers say "Tucker looks like my son, my brother...He was just frightened and tired..." Judge might get the gist and make sure not to tarnish his bright future.

There's really no endgame for him. He might as well of emptied that mag. Only difference for him is the amount of years. He could've killed an officer and got life or got smoked himself. There's no happy ending for him. He isnt/wasnt going to do 20 years then come out and do community help programs for at risk citizens.
