These cats are still homeless and use the money on drugs. These “pie in the sky” hopes usually turn out fruitless. Anyone ever dealt with a family member on drugs before? If their logic is to help everyone at the same time then they need separate housing for losers, mentally ill and violent so the seniors and people who have gone bankrupt aren't exposed to or make a life changing decision by being exposed to potentially dangerous people
