i wouldn't say the suicide figure was due to not valuing black life since the # is low in comparison to other races; in fact, for under 20s, you guys have the lowest suicide rate even in comparison to women


however, suicide is preventable & wanting to further reduce the # is a positive. the site doesn't provide possible motivations (poverty, sexuality etc) but maybe removing access to suicide methods would help the kids, and more income-based therapy would help
