I think Phil disliked Kobe and it’s a wonder how they went to 3 straight finals. Kobe really dialed himself back to, “get along and go along”, for the betterment of the team. However, there were times when Kobe was doing too much and was being a prick, but I don’t remember him putting the team at risk to prove a point. But Phil? He definitely had to prove points at Kobe’s expense, and no one would dare question him except for Kobe, which apparently Phil hated. They had to win Phil’s way. To be fair Phil left Kobe and came back because he knew Kobe was HIM (and Kobe matured too) and he owed it to Kobe. Weird relationship. I’ll never blame Kobe for that Suns series. I blame the Suns more than anything. The Lakers were in over their heads and the Suns woke up. Game 7 was evidence.
It’s actually the very opposite of organic. Which is why you and his stans continue to bring him up everyday, shyt on players who’ve surpassed him, and insert him into conversations where he does not belong. It comes off very desperate, as though repeating the same things over and over again will make it true.
Let me explain how propaganda actually works.
Player A is characterized as a “killer” and the guy you want taking the last shot. But his career clutch shooting percentages are terrible especially in the playoffs. He has exactly 1 career playoff game winner.
Player B is characterized as a choker with no killer instinct but he shoots a significantly higher percentage in clutch time and is the all time leader in playoff game winners. He has 4 buzzer beaters and one go ahead bucket.
Can you guess who is who?![]()
Talking about game winners and buzzer beaters as if thats the only way to measure being a killer or being clutch. Kobe literally took over countless 4th qtrs both in the regular season and playoffs. '

Talking shytting on players when you used to drop by the Lakers thread to go on random rants about Steph
Talking about bringing him up everyday when professional athletes both former and current constantly bring him up
Just last week at the draft
buubbububbubbut it's The Coli bringing him up every day
Once again, Klutch bullshyt at work. Pretending like it's "The Coli" who created Kobe's legacy![]()

People don't remember charles criticized Kobe. Kobe appeared on Inside the NBA and discussed everything
Kill yourself @10bandzBrother you’ve been in this thread for nearly 6 hours and are about to have a brain aneurysm click clacking at that keyboard so hard. You are literally proving my point.
You cannot find a single metric that shows Kobe is more of a killer than LeBron.
Playoff game winners? Kobe 1. LeBron 5. All time leader btw.
30+ point playoff games? Kobe 88. LeBron 122.
40+ point playoff games? Kobe 13. LeBron 29.
How about elimination game stats? Is that not the ultimate litmus test of “killer instinct?”
Kobe 22.3p/5.8r/3.5a 9-10 Record
LeBron 33.5p/10.4r/7.5a 13-9 Record
Let’s not forget the improbable 3-1 comeback over a 73 win team (scored 41 in g5 and g6 btw) with one of the greatest killer moments of all time with “the block.”
There is a reason why when people speak about Kobe’s greatest moments they’re almost always spectacular scoring feats in the regular season. It’s because his actual body of work in the playoffs is unimpressive and forgettable.
Your guy got gifted a free 3 rings playing alongside the most dominant center of all time whom literally any other all time great wing would’ve won with as well. He then proceeded to spend the prime of his career scoring a shyt load of points on mediocre/losing teams barely impacting winning, until he was gifted another great big in Gasol and an underrated but elite supporting cast.
1 MVP in a 20+ year career. 2 FMVPs. One of which you could argue was fugazi because his game 7 performance in the 2010 finals was historically bad and his team carried him to a W. Meanwhile there are folks in here who would argue to the death that Kyrie was the true MVP of the 2016 finals, a series in which LeBron led in every single statistical category.
I’ve gotten used to you being retarded so this doesn’t shock me. But yes, Kobe has amazing propaganda and everything you post proves my point. There is a narrative painted about him that literally fits LeBron better than it ever did him and yet LeBron is seen as the opposite of clutch and some kind of choker. Stay mad![]()
