Watchin Hustle Hard right now on BET Jams.

Ace Hood is generic as fukk:mjlol:

I can't believe Lex Luger gave him basically the same beat twice on one album. Hustle Hard and Go & Get It sounded JUST ALIKE, even the hook had the same cadence :russ: it reminded me of MC Hammer and BMF on Ross' album

:mjlol: THATS the songs you pull out to impress people? I will admit he's better than these mumble mouth rappers but he's not far from it in other songs either.

Ain't no one trying to impress you nikka :why:.

I just posted 2 of his songs that I like

What could Khaled lie about? Dude was on two songs on Khaleds album which was released like 9 months ago.
in 2013 he did like 20-30 features, his most successful album and single was released and then he disappeared and popped up on Khaled album again last fall.

It seems like Khaled gave him everything he could give him. His last album was on cash money, but he's not with them anymore. And Khaled is the only one on his label that's on Epic. My guess based on nothing is that he didn't think he got a good deal enough with Epic, Khaled got a headache and left him in the bushes.

exactly the dude is talented I guess some times dudes just don't blow no matter what.
Being able to rap and being a good hiphop artist are different things. Like all these freestylers that can't record a hot song can rap but they are not good artists. Some people can record songs but they are nothing special, they don't stand out in any way and that's where we have Ace Hood.

Khaled working serious overtime, Def Jam, Cash Money and all of these people spending cash is the only reason he ever was relevant.

You need to be able to stand out and/or resonate with a larger fanbase so that they really feel you, just look at any relevant artist through times.
I have a hard time seeing Ace Hood doing any of those things. He probably has a fanbase in Florida or something but I've never in my life heard anyone say "Have you heard that new Ace Hood?" Yet, everyone knows who he is.
