I need numbers to have a complete understanding how this works. So if you put a lump sum and choose aggressive how do you calculate what you have to do in order to see a potential roi that you had in mind?

Also when can you withdraw your money? Is this like Roth IRAs where you cannot touch the money before 60? Are the penalties for removing the money early the same?
