That’s his personal opinion, can’t tell him how to feel…it does kinda mesh with my opinion that he doesn’t get the credit from that championship and that entire season that he deserves and that he didn’t get the status or “legacy” bump that he should for leading a team to a chip…he was at worse a 1a/1b on that team with Bron and IMO the best player in the league that year…but I feel like he only gets “sidekick” credit, if that

AD knows he fukked up playing lil bro at 30 years old to the old hoe.

People can talk about it being the "toughest title ever" all they want, but to not hear the thousands of fans in the stands cheering because you won the title, it has to feel somewhat of a letdown.

I've heard more noise from a table tennis championship.

And if you play for the Lakers, their fans are all over, so you'd hear cheers if you won at home or on the road with a full arena

It must have been so anticlimactic.

AD dreamt of winning a chip his whole life and this was all he could hear as he celebrated:

“Had the Rockets won the title, I absolutely would have celebrated it as legitimate, knowing the immense effort and resilience required. Yet, everyone I speak to around the league privately agrees that it doesn’t truly hold up as a genuine championship. Perhaps the lasting legacy of the NBA bubble is that the NBA should be proud of its leadership at both the beginning and end of the pandemic, even though the champion will forever be marked by an asterisk.”

And we all know what Caruso said. People will use the joke cope but we know people that are drunk spit that real.

Meanwhile Grant Williams recently said that LeBron got special privileges in the bubble. You know Mr
“The bubble ring was the hardest ever” haha

“They had this one pool where you had the shrimps. You'd go get shrimps, you'd go to your room, that was the best food you could get on the bubble, because you couldn't order in from the start. You couldn't get ... takeout. I remember the one time dude went to the edge of the bubble, got suspended for three games. So you couldn't order until I think it was like 50 days in. Not LeBron. LeBron ate good. LeBron had his own room in the top, penthouse, wine...He had a house on the campus...LeBron legit, like, he had his own, he had their own setup. Like, that (expletive) was taken care of.”

— Grant Williams

lol. Now Davis. He knows non Lebron stans don’t respect it like that. If it was the hardest ever he would be puffing his chest out about it hahaha
