lets say a group of black folks take over an entire plantation, kill every white person in sight. If they gathered up all the guns and found everything they need. Would they need to leave that area? I'm including them defending said place afterwards

Plus I think we're forgetting some important points. Slave insurrections were attempted, but since they didn't work out they either escaped to Spanish Florida to live amongst the Black Seminole or they did like David Walker and made movements through biblical interpretations to fight for abolition. American slavery was the most cruel and absolute in nature, at least in some cases in the West Indies certain slaves were kept with slaves from the same places so they were able to keep some of their culture. With American slavery, they only kept what little they could and had an alien culture imposed on them and this culture has been taken and controlled by other people till this day.

My point is Slaves were human. I know its great to envision Black people as superheroes. But we aren't just like no other race on the planet is either. Everybody succumbs to superior weaponry and numbers. And Black slaves even had the issue of language barriers. But to call them weak for not taking over America with fewer numbers, and little to any weaponry and training is just fukking crazy.
