Ethiopians in Virginia voted Republican I would never do that. And I never said this getting repealed was a good thing.

Well then I guess Ethiopians in Virginia can sit tight and anticipate all the wonderful tangibles that will come their way for sticking it to Democrats? That's how it works right? :troll:

That’s fine. It just means that Asians can’t use the AA excuse anymore. Tired of them acting like black folks are holding spots that would go them.
When affirmative action is gone they're going to hit a brick wall: their admissions numbers aren't going to swell because there's honestly not that many black people in these institutions taking up seats.
At that point, they might try to attack all the white cheat codes (legacy, donor, athletic, etc. admissions) and fail when the conservative judges suddenly re-remember that colleges are allowed to set criteria beyond who's dad bought them the best SAT prep course and forced them to play violin.
OR, more likely, they'll just get quiet again. Accepting second class status in PWI's, taking over a couple Cali schools, and enjoying the benefits of being tolerable, "almost" Americans - skipping down the road paved for them by the African American civil rights movement.
Can't wait to see which way it goes...

If your local election game doesn't improve, then yeah. You better start reaching out to your brothers and sisters in the diaspora and continent to get those supply chains going. If not, economic prospects ain't gonna be much better.

Really wish more off us would simply just understand this.

This is the only way, shiit is gonna get better for us period on this planet.

A lot these threads expose who’s actually a part of the corporate workforce.

imagine thinking learning ‘trades’ is a acceptable replacement for an Ivy League education brehs. I have an ADOS friend who finished from Yale’s business school. He’ll be earning upper six-figures for the rest of his life.

Agreed. Some of the crap posted in here by these mental midgets is infuriating.

I’m not cheering anything. I want AA to be rewritten to benefit ADOS only

I don’t want discrimination against NonADOS I just believe ADOS should get special consideration.
Any legislation that is targeted to just black people will be challenged by Republican groups in all 50 states as being "racist" and then shot down by conservative courts like what happened to the Black Farmer's Relief bill that Biden wanted to do but was blocked by the courts before it even had a shot at being implemented.

That's why it should be lineage based.

That would still hit a wall of lawsuits by conservative activist groups and as long as the Supreme Court is majority conservative it is almost guaranteed that any legislation, executive order or policy that is targeted to benefit just black people or even just black people who are descendants of chattel slaves in the US will be struck down.

Are you sure? Why don't they strike down legislation against Native Americans?
