Two things you should keep in mind
1. Buses & waiting on rides gets played the older you get.
2. Drive at your own pace, if they don't like how slow you're driving they can always just pass you.

It doesn't come from driving though, my attacks hit me randomly af. You keep it moving though.

Driving is actually peaceful, it will be hard at first but once you are a pro it's fun. Nothing better than listening to music and cruising

I had the same problem with anxiety coming with learning how to drive, I just learned 2 years ago at age 22. One thing that helped me was learning from someone else other than my parents because they made me nervous. I had actually gotten in an accident while learning that scared me away when I was 19. Didn't even touch the wheel again till I was 21. I got a driving instructor who specialized was experienced in helping people in my situation. He broke it down to the basics and showed me it wasn’t much to it. Takes a lot of practice and repetition to get it right tho. Good Luck!
