Light bill - Upgrade to more energy efficient light bulbs and make sure to unplug things when not in use. Invest in a 200$ solar panel to charge phone, laptop and other electronics.
Interne - Get the lowest tier or use your phones internet if there is an unlimited deal.
Phone bill - see above
Dog foo - feed the dog scraps and teach him to hunt small animals
My food - plant your own shyt with a small aquaponic system in your house. hunt and kill small animals with your dog and share the food.

But for real.....befriend a neighbor and swipe the wifi password while he/she is in the bathroom

Don't pay the electric/phone/cable unless you already past due on it and they about to cut it off. Unless the gas is a must, use public transport. If not, buy cheap gas first and don't drive around like Paul fukkin Walker

For food....buy tons of pasta and tomato sauce. Get frozen veggies and canned fruits (fresh produce won't last a week). Buy a big canister of Quaker Oats. Get the big bag of no frills store brand chicken and season that shyt up and bake it. Drink water and koolaid. If you need sugar, steal tons of packs from Dunkin Donuts. Buy a bunch of onions, garlic and whatever spices you can (and chop it all up) so your meals don't taste like shyt. Buy like 3 dozen eggs because you can make a ton of things that has eggs in the ingredients. Bake ya own fukkin bread and cake, it's easy.

U should be able to swing that but u aint going out ever if u wanna live comfortably and eat decently.

Make pots of chilli, stew, chicken soup, spaghetti and getvused to eating the same thing 3 days in a row or make 2 pots and rotate every day for 3 days till u all out.
