Aj has drawn more money as champ then Daniel Bryan did as an active member of the wwe roster

I don't think so...

AJ has improved significantly in the ring over the past several years. Even by his own admission he's a better worker now than he was earlier in his career. Daniel Bryan has always been a wrestling savant when it came to ring work, while AJ had potential but it took him time to really learn the value of selling and mastering ring psychology.

AJ started to evolve and become a better worker through his matches with Joe, Angle, and Sting. There's a clear difference in his in ring style and psychology before and after he worked with those guys I mentioned. AJ then took his work to another level after he left TNA and started working in Japan.
Only difference in his work then & the past few years is that he's toned down on his high spots. His matches in 02 were just as good as his matches are now, now his character is another story

Nah, his psychology as a worker has improved dramatically in recent years, and that does include the pacing of his matches and dialing down the high spots.

You seem to be conflating Charisma and mic work when those are NOT the same thing....Like I said before, Jeff Hardy has NEVER been known for great promos, but he's always been regarded as one of the most charismatic wrestlers ever.

I never said AJ is a great talker or even that he's always been a good talker. I said he's always been a better talker than BRYAN. Their mic work was always seen as a weakness for both of them, but AJ was always better than BRYAN. Seriously go back and look at my posts, nowhere do I say that AJ is some great promo guy, I said that through the years he's been better than Bryan.

As for AJ mic work as a heel vs his work as a face I'm sticking to what I said before, IMO, AJ is a more natural face and his face promos come across as more genuine.

Well, AJ's mic skills were never good up until recently. If you want to compare them early on, Bryan was pretty average and AJ was well below average. You could say AJ is a better talker now, but 5 years ago? Not in the slightest, and it's pretty laughable to even think. Even Jeff Hardy's promos as a face were better than AJ's at the time, and we all know how ":picard::hhh::russ:" Jeff's promos are. Their charisma isn't all that different, which is why I'm not even comparing those. Straight up mic skills, AJ has never been better than Bryan, up until right now, and even then, I'd say AJ has finally caught up to Bryan in the promo department.

You clearly never seen his 6 man tags with the Young Bucks. Dude adjusts his style depending on what is needed, and who he's wrestling.

He's as good as he's always been in ring.

This should be true, but those smackdown house show numbers are a little low still and I know back 2013-2014 and even his brief return in 2015 DB was still doing better house shows as the main eventer. Same with ratings, Smackdown dont do as well as Raw's from 2013-2014 but obviously there's a ton of factors with that.

I do know right now AJ is the top selling t-shirt and has been the last 6 months and DB was mostly 3rd or 4th during his run (Bare in mind he was competing with Cena, Punk and legends shirts of Sting, Hogan and Warrior )

There is no source, there is no facts behind this, it's all nikkas chit chatting and exposing their dumb ass lack of knowledge in this thread.
Yeah, pretty pathetic. This stupid shyt shouldve been in the bushes immediately upon opening the thread and seeing OP is talking nonsense based on nothing.

WWEShop.com

His shirt has been the bestseller when you rank them since September. Just filter the shop by bestseller

What's so hard to believe? Like who else on this roster would people still buy shirts of? Most of the wrestling audience are smarks, there's no casual audience so its believable they shill on a AJ Styles shirt too

Styles is the best wrestler of the 00s imo. Tanahashi is up there. Cena too. Bryan Danielson work in RoH and Japan i prefer to his E stint but he cooked there too.

With that being said, Styles is one of the greatest wrestlers of all time talent wise. He's a virtuoso level like Eddy, Misawa, or a young Muta before the knee injuries. They just don't come along too often. And now his gimmick and mic work are no longer detrimemts. He's in the GOAT argument.:manny:
