They got Kemba to get buckets and Gerald Henderson isnt no bum either. Dude is the biggest reason for Charlotte turning into a playoff team this season. Al is a crappy defender, though he's made some improvements there. The team at least has guys that can mask Al (Biyombo, MKG, Taylor before he got hurt). They have an overall defensively sound roster.)Al Jefferson one of the worst defenders in the league but Charlotte got a top 5 defense?

I wouldnt say he's crappy. From what i've seen of Charlotte this season he's actually been pretty decent. He's no Alonzo Mourning or nothing but he's not what he used to be

It does make him look better when others around him play it very well.
The coach preaches it. Even guys that otherwise wouldn't be great on D like Kemba at least try.

The Fukk? Al has improved on defense but that top 5 defense isn't because of him, are you high?
You got a bunch of athletic defebsjce guys on the perimeter like MKG and Henderson plus strong deterrents like Biyombo off the bench and the like.
They have a well-rounded defensive squad plus they're very quick to help when Jefferson gets switched on the a PnR.
Again, Howard averages two less points on drastically higher FG%, averages more rebounds, and is the best defensive big in the game.

Dwight dont have none of the offensive responsibility that Al does, Dwight is averaging 7 less shots a game than Al so not surprised that he has a higher FG percentage. I'll give Howard the edge defensively but Al got him on the offensive end and isnt a liability at the line. Howard has been good this year but he hasnt been better than Al
