Ha, if that does happen, why would the WWE want Paige? They have Sasha, Bayley, and Becky who are smark favorites. Then they have Nikki and possibly Brie coming back and you know they are the WWE's darlings. The Women's division is stacked right now. She's not needed.

Talent is always needed. Paige has been over her entire WWE career, and unlike the Bellas she's actually good. She's also younger than everyone else. WWE definitely wants her, which is why Triple H set this whole thing up with the wellness violations.

Rusev was still over and entertaining with summer and with the LON . He can survive without lana and he loses now unlike del rio who had like god level booking

Del Rio's not that big a loss IMO... he got fairly boring after about a year or so, and yet got countless pushes toward the main event, and numerous title feuds... it was wrong the way he got let go the first time, but he was pretty much useless by that point too. I'm not surprised this return didn't pop off much, I wasn't lookin forward to seein' him main event anyway. He's a solid midcard guy, but that's about the extent of that.

Alberto Del Rio is finished with WWE. According to sources close to the situation, Del Rio informed WWE through his lawyer that he was opting out 60 days ago.
Del Rio was apparently frustrated with the empty promises he was given after being recruited to the company last summer. Del Rio had been promised a main event push, but instead was quickly put into a Mex-America angle that went nowhere, followed by being bundled as part of the mid card heel faction, the League of Nations.

As noted, WWE announced on August 17th that Del Rio and his real-life girlfriend, Saraya-Jade Bevis, a.k.a. Paige, were both suspended for 30 days for their first violations of the company's Wellness Policy. The timing is interesting given that Del Rio had given his notice several weeks earlier, in late June.

Del Rio last wrestled for the company on the August 19th episode of SmackDown, where he faced John Cena. He is not expected to return to the company at all, and is free at the end of September to work anywhere in the United States. He will be able to work in Mexico and abroad imminently.
