So I went ahead & gave the album a couple of spins. It's ok, nothing I haven't heard from him before.

I first got introduced to him when his worst rapper alive album dropped. Then he dropped Time Traveler & I loved that album, I went back & bought most of his old stuff.

But the problem I have with him is extreme oversaturation. The guy has dropped like it seems 15 albums in the last 4 years. Yeah a portion of his music is better than the masses but with him less is better. All of his albums coincide with each other. I find his concepts refreshing but after hearing the same concepts on EVERY album you get the picture, it's like watching a tyler perry movie, you know what it's about beforehand.

Scarface just dropped a very dope album, nas last album was pretty good as well. I'm not saying I hold k-rino on the pedestal but not even a guy like tech9 doesn't drop albums like k-rino. It's just way too much & now I rarely listen to him.

This is a reasonable post.

In regards to oversaturation I think this is his first album for the year. I agree if it's like 3 or 4 albums it's a lot for some people take in. Some people, including myself like the fact he drops regularly, I prefer that than an artist I like dropping an album every 3 years or longer. I think in some ways he's making up for lost time too because he started dropping consistently a little later for whatever reason. But this year just 1 album so far which I think is fine, but I could certainly take more than that but I think some people find it hard to take so much work in in the past where sometimes it was like 4 per year or something.

I enjoyed this album so much I could honestly take another 1 next month lol. And would cop that too, but I think 2 a year is a decent number.

I think he approaches it in different ways while sticking to his cores and beliefs. The Escape To The Unknown for instance, I haven't seen him do a concept like that before. Even The Burden Robe in a sense too.

Personally I've very pleased and grateful that he's feeding his fans, I wouldn't have it any other way, as everyone's got the choice to listen or cop them at their own personal leisure anyway, but to each their own of course.

K-Rino has performed and got played at clubs countless times. What's your rebuttal going to be when I post videos of him performing at clubs? That's his music. So it disproves you. And Infact numerous people have played his music at social gatherings too. But since you're a Lil B stan you probably only going to children's parties for the intellectually stunted and mentally challenged.

K-rino is a dope mc but not a good song writer, some of his hooks & choruses are terrible. I just feel less is more but if he still has the desire, let him cook...

I know for a fact K-Rino has got played like I said he did, didn't say it was on mass, but has he been at clubs and gatherings countless times? Yes. Different in what way? Different beats yes, rhymes yes, some different concepts yes. Flows yes, so in that sense yes. And I disagree with that, love that song.

That's cool, yeah some people won't like it, some people will, a lot of people do and think it's the album of the year so he's feeding who he wants to feed. I actually think he's an exceptional songwriter, I guess it depends on the stylistic preference of the listener, but I find myself listening to him a huge amount, if he couldn't make songs I wouldn't do that. But as I said it's always going to be to each their own, all good.
