It was easier for me and their barriers were torn down quicker because she knew her stock ain't what it used to be. The common denominator I have seen is the more educated and well off a lady is, the less likely she is to be with child around career-building age. Therefore my solution is to get this bread,

self-educate and self-improve, and not run in circles with basic ass women. It ain't just men out here trying not to couple up with people with relationship baggage.

So she's either going to have a kid in her 20s or 50s using your logic. And that "more educated" line has unfortunate implications behind it. And realistically black women, even as single mothers, are overall more educated than black men with better employment prospects for a variety of reasons(not all of them fair). And when you look at it like that, it's really not a path you want to travel.
