nikka's a clown. In most African cultures and Caribbean cultures, the men would slap his silly ass for trying to act like people are immature for not wanting single mothers. People are supposed to get married, stay married and have their children. It aint natural to expect some other man to care for kids you had by another man. That's why it's not accepted in virtually every culture on EARTH. We're the worst example of community building so we allow this bizarro world shyt to have legitimacy.

In Haitian culture dating a single mom is a major L. Your whole family will look down on you. My father who is an old school Haitian dad told me not to bring a single mother. My mother as well. They always say "Don't bring a single mother home. "

I have nothing against women w/kids I really don't but that isn't the life I'm looking at for me. I'm 34 and will be 35 in April, I'm still trying to put my life in order and find some perspective to it.

Here the thing though there are so many different factors involved when you decide to take on the responsibility of dealing with a woman with kid(s) though:

How well behaved or disciplined are the kid(s)?
What is the parenting situation like between the parents?
Are you willing to take care of the child if some emergency comes up?
Can you put the kid(s) needs before your own?

These are the questions that a man needs to figure out before he decides that he is willing to go any further with said woman. Tbh, if her kids aren't under control or if she's involved in a dysfunctional situation with the baby's father where he wants to act stupid when another guy comes around, beefing with the mother, or in & out of jail those are automatic deal breakers and no-goes. I'm not saying that all women with kids are like this but, you have a lot of young mothers out here that don't have their business in order.

I'm a married divorced mom of 2 who married a divorced dad of 2. We've together since alot of these posters were in diapers.

To second what @Phoenix_Knightly23 and @Out2TheOld and @Rockstar Mom said I never had a problem attracting or keeping men with or without children when I was single.

yeah this ain't about location. There are chicks 25+ who do not have kids but I would not say there's A LOT. I know some sure but a chick at 25 is still going to be in a long term relationship and thinkin bout kids, it's inevitable.

I'm still young enough to snatch up younger 20s but if I wait too long to settle down who knows

Yea this is what gets me. I don't(personally) know any single mom who is settling for some low budget, ain't shyt nikka, who plays PS4 and eats all her kids fruit snacks, just to say she has a man. I'm sure some do it, but that's not the case for majority of us. Never has been.
