Horford is clearly several levels ahead of Sap like Joe was several levels ahead of Jamal. I think Horf is a superstar if we believe Kevin Love and Blake Griffin are superstars. Just because he doesn't create his offense at a high clip or shoots a lot of shots is not a knock to me. The best movement player in the NBA regardless of position. Elite BBIQ and fundamentals.

I don't see them in the same league whatsoever. I complete disagree with that statement.

Lol, Millsap does EVERYTHING Horford does breh.

I don't think Horford is a superstar and I disagree with putting him in that superstar category. He's not as good as Love and I think it's debatable if he's better than Blake. He's certainly a great leader, can consistently hit a 15-18 footer, defends, handles the ball and to your point moves well without the ball. He is better than Millsap. Is he several levels better than Millsap tho? No not in my opinion

I always thought Joe was a more complete & better player than Jamal, I can see the parallels of that comparison, but I think Al is > Millsap, not >>>>>>>

:snoop: I love you breh but this statement is wrong in everyway possible. Like I said, this is becoming the new Joe Johnson-Jamal Crawford argument. I think that argument was closer than this argument. Joe was a very good player to Jamal who was a solid player. This is a stud compared to a good player.

Move well without the ball is an understatement. He sets excellent screens, elite at PnR, and PnP, cuts when lanes are open regardless of the playcall, runs the court extremely well, rarely misses an assignment offensively or defensively.

I think your idea of a superstar is shooting, scoring, beating ppl off the dribble, etc. That's an aspect of the game that matters without a question but Basketball is an impact game. Not just how many ways can you put the ball in the rim. On top of that Horford is better at man defense, superior at help defense, and superior on team defense. Once again, I don't see you point in this whatsoever. Not even half way.

Joe Johnson: 15.7pts, 3.4rbs, 2.8ast, 0.5stl, 55.3 TS%, 14.9 PER

Kyle Lowry: 16.8pts, 4.3rbs, 7.6ast, 1.6stl, 58.7 TS%, 20.4 PER

:mindblown:
I've watched a good bit of both players. Joe Moneybags is overpaid but underrated. His defense, especially his team defense is underrated. His clutch shooting, not just clutch shots but in the end of shot clocks and critical baskets is vital. With that said, his overall offense can be underwhelming at times but he's a good passer. I think he is a better player than many ppl give him credit for. He does a lot for team Basketball but he is overpaid and badly overpaid at that.

As for Kyle, he's been the best player on the Raps since the Gay trade. But he wasn't good before that trade tho. I can see how he didn't make it. Both were much better in the in the last two months than the first two.

I'm not denying Joe Johnson is a good player, overpaid though like you said. But Lowry was the best player on the team EVEN when Rudy was still here

I don't think any one would argue with you about your assessment but as far as being an All Star? There's a lot more deserving players than him.

Yeah, that's nice and all, but there's no way that clown should be in the all-star game with those pedestrian numbers. It's like the coaches didn't even look to see who deserved to be in the game. Somebody in the media said Joe Johnson should be in the game because of a hot 8 games, and every media outlet ran with it. These TNT idiots have so much influence.
