Complaining about Pandora rates is just tricknology to get people to think all streaming payouts are bad, since you never have an article mentioning shytty Pandora rates without them also mentioning Spotify which pays more. People don't read the details in articles anyway so it all gets lumped in. Like the fact that Aloe Blacc was one of three writers, and the writers share doesnt represent the entire amount Pandora would have to pay for the song. People in these articles never go at their labels for giving them the cut that they currently receive. And on top of all that, the more people paying for Spotify would mean more money for every song that gets streamed so it would benefit artists to encourage people to stop being cheap and get the damn $10 monthly subscription. Without streaming sites do they think people are all gonna go buy more itunes singles? Nah, they will just steal the mp3 and keep it moving
