I wouldnt blame him if he left.
First off fukk Ted.
From day one he said that this was an rebuilding team and they would build through the draft. He was going for that NHL model. He stated that it could take 3-4 years to change the culture. To his credit they did, but they actually got worse. I had posts back in 2010 on SOHH saying that was horrible and to not surround your #1 pick around good talent will only make him want to bounce quicker. David Alridge said players love DC(city) but the team can't/won't be supported by free agents...I wonder why. The last big name free agent signing we had was back in 2003 I believe. Gilbert Arenas

fukk Wittman for throw Wall under a bus when he first got hired. Yeah he's better than flip but his coaching down the stretch has been exposed. It's no secret why he hasn't had success in coaching in..like.. forever.
