Breh, I usually try to see it from both sides and I'm far from a Militant...but nikka...did you watch the fukking video?! They had the dude on the ground and were holding down both of his arms. What was he going to do?! This shyt is seriously ridiculous.

Nah ive seen them both...they were having trouble subduing him his hand was able to move even with the cop trying to hold him..he wasnt secured and you forget they had tried tazing him...now normally by the time the taser comes out and gets fired a rational person would say OK i give up now because you know the gun is coming out next.
Im not saying he deserved to die but lets accept that he set off the events that ended in his death...can we be that honest

I look at it from both sides too. ..

Yesterday I didn't realize that dude really had a gun on him...

If the cop yells "he's got a gun" and he in fact has a gun... the chances are was that dude was reaching for it.(it's almost impossible for a cop to just make that up).

And since he did have a gun I have a hard time believing that the cops should just be sitting ducks and wait for him to grab and point it at them before they take action

Nah it would. That's irrelevant though, he's allowed to carry a gun. Even if it was illegal, lock him up for having it, have him do time in jail for it, but fukk don't kill him over having a weapon he wasn't (and couldn't) even reaching for let alone have them in a position that they felt threatened. Jesus christ that fukking video is heartbreaking man, watching him struggle to stay alive is brutal.

no gun does make a difference. the main argument is that he was a felon reaching for a gun he had illegally

im just commenting on the nonsense not the legality, the cop didn't know this guy was a felon (unless i'm mistaken) or that he had the gun illegally

Of course cops lie. . But I'm not taking about history... I'm talking about this specific case and what I see on tape. ..

thinking Logically the cop saying he had a gun and the fact that a gun was found tells me that chances are the cop saw the gun first, and it wasn't just some "lucky guess"
