Breh, I usually try to see it from both sides and I'm far from a Militant...but nikka...did you watch the fukking video?! They had the dude on the ground and were holding down both of his arms. What was he going to do?! This shyt is seriously ridiculous.

How is it conjecture??

The cop yelled he has a gun

- a gun was found

I highly doubt the cop made a lucky guess when he made that claim.

the cops should have already been on alert for a gun. That's what the call was for. The conjecture comes in where the cop that shot him shoots after hearing he has a gun. Why don't police do this in other cases. We have seen cases on video where white men are pointing the damn gun at police and they still don't shoot. My brother(who is a cop) has shown me training videos before. They are filled with stopping white suspects and letting them point guns at the cops. They point out this is incorrect procedure in the video, but its done over and over. These cops didn't even get to visible gun. The way the cop reached into and struggled to get something out of his pocket tells me that Alton didn't even get to his pocket at all. Plus we see his right hand in the video at least two times. That's why its conjecture. The cop judged that he was going to get a gun out of his pocket and decided to kill him . BEFORE. Like I said, we've seen suspects detained with guns in hand and pointing at the police. No assumptions made, just trained reaction to the actions of the subject. This seems to be the case with Philando too. Both cops panicked and shot because they couldn't see a hand. That would make them justified to shoot almost 100% of concealed carrying drivers who are trying to get their license and registration. Was there a struggle? Yes, but the officer still shot off of assumption. That's someone's life. They need to be damn sure before they pull the trigger. Yes, that's dangerous for police, but as you can see its far more dangerous for the general public.
