Obama cut the black uninsured rate in half. He significantly increased access to dental care for black people. Black income increased. If you're counter argument to any of this is "but these things helped other people too" well guess what? Kiss my ass. I am not beholden to your remedial-level understanding of policy, wherein a (modern) president says "I'm going to only help black people today" or "I'm going to only help Indians tomorrow." I would hope that the Trump era has taught you that attempts at specific policies that only help one group economically are being shytcanned in the courts. Biden's black farmer bill spent nearly four years in courts before the money could finally go out to black farmers, and now Trump will likely try to take that money back. That Biden-era shyt is dead. The Obama approach has proven to be more effective.
