I never sold anything on EBay, but why would you use outside PPC when eBay offers Promoted Listings where you're only charged a percentage, you set, if you have a sale. People on eBay are already in the buy phase. People on Google are in the info phase and people on FB are in the BS phase. The latter two require higher levels of convincing to get them to where people searching on eBay already are.

PM you listing URLs so that I can see what they look like.
It feels like even with promoted listings my shyt doesn't get any views, maybe I should up the percentage but Ebay already takes such a big cut with selling fee and final value fee, etc.

I'll PM it to you in a sec

You might need your own official thread at this point breh :russ:

You know what? That might be a good idea. When I get a chance, I'll move everything over to a thread of its own.

I'm doing wholesale from brands. I'm not doing private label . . . yet. I'm thinking of trying to manufacture a product stateside. Either I have a lot of MAGA buyers or Americans, in general, are trending towards wanting to pay a premium for Made In USA products. I keep getting questions on whether the item is made in China.

However, this video from a guy I'm subscribed to doesn't give me a lot of confidence. I was thinking about this very subject on the weekend and this dropped yesterday.

=====

I forgot that I set an end date for the price I sold the product at for Mother's Day. It expired this morning. I looked in the order section to check on a few sales and wondered to myself when did I change the price. The price of my item is listed @ $39.99 from $34.99. I've made 5 sales. One was at the old price, three @ the new price and one is @ $0.00 (this usually means it's a replacement item - if the buyer doesn't return the old one, Amazon will credit me for it).

Well. Well. Well.

Remember the Warehouse Damaged items I talked about? I tried to do a removal order but received this message:

"The item was damaged in the fulfillment center. Amazon takes responsibility for this damage. No further action is required."

I noticed that I wasn't getting any sales. Amazon just hopped on my listing and dropped the price down to $17. I clicked on the Sales Data button for FBA Multitool and Amazon is trying to sell the two Warehouse Damage items as new. I just opened a case ID with Seller Support to get those items shipped to me ASAP. I looked on the Settings - Fulfillment By Amazon page and saw that I had Automated Unfulfillable Removal Settings disabled. :snoop:

My sales have grinded to a halt and will be that way until Seller Support rectifies the problem or the two items are sold on the 20th.

It isn't always roses on the 'Zon.

=====

Also, the 'Zon has almost $600 of my balance under Unavailable. I know it's been more than 7 days after delivery for some items I've sold.

I received the same ol' cookie cutter response from the 'Zon, last night, indicating that they were going to keep the items and compensate me. Well, I wake up this morning and someone has bought one of the items at the Amazon price. Just hoping that someone else buys the last one so I can start getting sales.

The good news is that they released my moolah.

The last few days have been a roller coaster. The 'Zon added three more items from who knows where. Then, yesterday, I received notification that my product was delisted. I looked all over and there were no indications where I received any negative feedback. I remembered that Voice of the Customer crap and headed over there. They had my product listed as poor due to threshold I reached for too high of a NCX (negative customer experience). All of them were dealing with damage to the product. I can only attribute that to Amazon not properly prepping the package for shipment. I relisted the item and was back up within an hour.

I received my first feedback from a customer and received 5 stars. This was seller feedback and not the product kind. Also, I just made my first sale, in two days, about 30 minutes ago since Amazon jumped on the listing. As soon as I made the sale, they snatched the Buy Box back. Hopefully, they'll sell their last item in stock and don't re-up so that we can get back to our regularly scheduled programming.

I get my first payment on the 28th for $635. I also signed up for two more wholesalers and I've already been approved with one and ran their product list through Analyzer Tools. I have my eyes on a few products but I'm going to do a little more research before I pull the trigger.

P.S. I also sent another item to myself. This time the product was properly bubble-wrapped/air pocketed. I hope I don't run into this issue anymore.

P.P.S. I broke the $2K gross sales barrier.

Welcome to FBA. I can scan your listing and give you feedbacks.

The guy you posted in an arbitager. He has a course that offers little value.

However I can hook you up with some product in depth analysis

Imma put ya'll up on game... Look up "Ephemera" aka Paper Goods. I got two magazines for $10 a pop and flipped them for $47 each. Listed them yesterday and they sold today to a buyer in Australia. I don't even think it's been a whole 24 hours since they been up.

I saw two people on reddit talking about it in an old thread on /r/Ebay a few days ago, did my own look into it and started eating THAT QUICK. I don't play games when it comes to this.

Well, when I woke up Monday morning, about four other FBA sellers jumped on my listing. As they had no stock, I still was winning the Buy Box. One of the sellers started to get some of their inventory in Tuesday afternoon. The others and Amazon won't get anything in until the 28th. This seller has a better selling history than this account and quite a number of SKUs. I received enough data for four winning exact match key phrases and bumped the budget up to $500. This is the result until I lost the Buy Box.

I got an additional 19 organic sales. Dumbo was too impatient and tried to win the Buy Box by dropping the list price to $34.99. I used the repricer from RepriceIt to teach 'em a lesson. I only have 14 units left. I should be depleted by mid-afternoon tomorrow if I get the Buy Box around that time. I created this journal as proof to someone who said it couldn't be done from scratch in another thread and another person PM'ing me saying that I was full of shyt. That was the primary purpose with the secondary being a means to inspire others. When it comes to this shyt, most people don't take the first step. My hope is that this removes some of that apprehension and gives you the confidence to try this or anything else working for self related.
