Yeah I remember being in my mid 20s still working in a warehouse job while I was finishing up my IT degree and they pulled us in for a meeting talking about limited bathroom breaks and no more headphones to listen to music on your phoneExactly. fukk type of high school shyt is thisAnyone who's a grown ass adult that works in a type of environment like this needs to do re-evaluate where they're at in life.
Luckily I had already gotten my offer from a Tech company on my first entry level job and already put in my two weeks but I literally laughed during the meeting and texted them and told them I ain’t coming back

Same here. Use to work in a warehouse while going to school for commercial refrigeration...got a write up(points) for wearing one earpiece headphone while working. Eventually led to me getting fired a month later. Could of gave a fukk since the same month I got fired I graduated from trade school. No they aren't.
They are simply low skilled jobs where there isn't a need for employees to think, just do, they aren't met to be careers they are churn and burn jobs until you find something better.
Due to the nature of low skilled jobs, you typically get low quality, low ethic workers, so you have to be on them like dogs because if not they disregard the orders and do what they want or not even show up or worse steal and laugh about it.

I don’t work in a place where I have to do that. Also those people shouldn’t have to either. You saying because they work in a factory or whatever they can’t have their phones on them? That’s crazy.
