Your workplace isn't home, your employer isn't a room mate.
Amazon the company is going to constantly look at being efficient.
That has nothing to do with rules of behavior on the job, it isn't a give or take, if you don't like it go somewhere else.
I think you're in the wrong century. Slavery ended a long time ago.
If your employer can treat you any sort of way that's fine. And that's you. But some of us have self respect. And people do have a right to fight and voice their opinions about their employer.
As an employer, you do have to stay competitive. You can't just do whatever you want. I don't know where you got that idea.
I actually employ people and I am responsible for retention. If you have a s***** work environment, you get s***** employees.
An article came out not too long ago, saying that amazon is running out of people to employ. I bet you they bend.
