Their wasn't any nikkas to run out of Hudson Yards in the first place... it is built on top of a train yard and its a mix of residential luxury buildings and industrial surrounding it. The High Line surrounding it its hella bougie to me, I like walking it but I feel horribly out of place up there being a black man from BK

Is this just going to be new offices or warehouses too? I can't imagine the traffic in the Red Hook to Astoria corridor being even worse than it is right now. Driving on 278 or 495.

Usually LIC around queensbridge is empty at times but northern is always packed and this is gonna get worse especially if they build it near the 59th street bridge... gonna be more congested as fukk...

I was going to point that out. West midtown was always empty and shady looking for years. You ever see how run down the area by Lincoln Tunnel looks?
