It’s a live spot for recreational activities but pretty boring for food and entertainment.
When I uber out there usually everyone is going to the city or to Brooklyn.

i avoid queens at all costs.....this is gonna make that area worse traffic wise. rents about to shoot up...its a win for NYC as a top city...a major lose for native NY'ers.

Do NYC and Arlington really need these high profile companies coming in? Especially Arlington. I used to live there. The USG has made that place weathly beyond belief. It already costs like $2500 a month for a small one bedroom in Ballston.
