Good interview

Had to @ the 27 min mark when she started to talk about her relationship with her husband. He was the elephant in the room the entire interview. Very intelligent woman but she was talking straight when she started denying Char's accusations of her man messing up her career. To go from that to later talking about how it wasn't a problem mixing "business with pleasure" .


It's a shame because she was on cloud nine when "one thing" was poppin' . Then nothing . Even after "talkin' to me" . Her music never aged though, just like her


She can say all she wants how she wanted to do "other things" like her writing and her youtube channel. I just can't believe that she wasn't influenced by her Sony Executive Hubby with her disappearing act from the music scene.

Rihanna not only can't sing. She can't dance. Cant write.She's always late to performances. Has bad work ethic and is shytty toward her fans. Chick is terrible and people love her. I've heard Amerie sing in person and she was good. Sounded damn near like her album. And her not having a strong voice don't stop her from having a better album than damn near any female RnB singer since.

No Rihanna's good girl image flipped and that's how she took off. Amerie simply wasn't interesting enough to maintain her relevancy. Unfortunately in order for black women artists to stand out they have to go above and beyond in order to be truly seen.
