as expensive as it is living there, it's no surprise. If you aren't a doctor, engineer, in finance or in tech, or own your own business you can't afford to live there.

It's not even limited to down anymore, I am seeing homeless people holding signs in residential neighborhoods 20 miles south.

I don't even think there's any solution on the table tbh. These stupid elected officials do not care about long time residents, they're only paving the way for certain demographic like households making 6 figure salary smh

Yeah, they want the "undesirables" to disappear from society altogether. As in, if you not making 6 figures, you're worthless.
