He's a casino owner, why would he show his hand to early, especially with the electoral vote shenanigans. Meaning, nobody has any clue what decisions he's going to make on anything. The only verifiable things he has done is select a cabinet, talk to world leaders, and talk with industry owners to keep businesses/jobs here. That's pretty much all he has done since the election.

Even with Dubya and BHO, these days after the election are important, but no decisions are formally made yet.
