We not looking for 'pretty good' music when we turn on a Paak project. We're used to greatness from him.

He'll bounce back on his next release and Dre won't be anywhere on it

:mjlol:

Dre is always all on the debut...after that he moves on. 50, Kendrick, now Paak. Hopefully Paak keeps advancing as an artist like Kendrick has, versus stagnating like 50.

Album isn't bad, it's just not what I hoped for. Very clean and glossy...the Dre effect. I'd rather Paak deal with artists who are artists first, not Dre and his team being obsessed with image and numbers.

Next album will be Paak doing his own thing.

Big .Paak fan and this album just ain't it. Nothing really stands out.

I hope he keeps riding his new wave success and drops off an EP or something around the summer.
