I don't think Brooklyn has any contracts to send out outside of Harris and Dinwiddie. I know they were expecting him to be bought out. Not sure if Boston can use the trade exception for Drummond even as they really need him. The Lakers don't either.

Now when it comes to McGee, there's no way Cleveland should buy him out. Hold him and get a 2nd out of the deal. Lakers can't get him btw unless he's traded and then bought out.
