I know I’d rather hear this over some buyout bs...dudes a large expiring contract so either teams trying to get rid of a bad deal can tie an additional asset and get a useful player or teams can upgrade their center position.

drunmond is having a very productive season isn’t old and I’m sure isn’t unrealistic about how much he can make in free agency. It has to be some teams with horrid contracts out there who are looking to clear cap.

actually looking at most teams if they do have horrid contracts they definitely aren’t in need of a big man.

Is it just a half season rental or do they plan on keeping him long term? Powell is opting out of the last year of his deal and Toronto might not want to match his asking price.
