And they did when they sold the game. Also are you saying that they have a right to all that money? That the person that actually bought the equipment and produced / uploaded the video itself has a right to none of it?And whats the problem with that? Its their games they have a right to make money off of it.
Most game companies look at it like this. We got some guy out there advertising our game by playing it and somebody else is paying them to do it. He's reaching millions of gamers and giving us free positive press and attention. Win win. Nintendo looks at it like this. That's money we could be making. If we have to we'll take it from them.
